Our Policies & Rules

By the law of Massachusetts (RMV) you must have your permit or license with you to operate a vehicle. No student will be allowed to drive without a physical permit or license and the fee will still apply.
To print your permit at our office it will be a $5 charge. Please bring your permit in hand.
For cancellations, we require a 24 hour notice by calling or texting 857-506-6965. If a client is late for more than 10 minutes, it will be considered a No-show and fees will still apply, we do not want to affect previous students time. Any weekend or Monday lesson must be cancelled on friday the latest to be considered.
Students are 100% responsible to remember the day and time of any appointment after confirmation.
Confidence Auto Academy vehicles may be equipped with Dashcam to protect your safety and our staff safety.
Road test students please meet with our instructors at the road test location.
After first day of class we do not provide any refund and any refund we must apply a $40 administration fee.
