Our Policy
CONFIDENCE AUTO ACADEMY POLICIES AND RULES
- For cancellations, we require a 24 hour notice by calling or texting 857-506-6965 or will forfeit the lesson. If a client is late for more than 10 minutes, it will be considered a No-show and the fee will still apply, we are just trying to not affect the time of the previous student. Any weekend or Monday lesson must be cancelled on friday the latest to be considered.
- You must have your permit or license with you to operate any CAA vehicle. No student will be allowed to drive without a physical permit or license and the fee will still apply.
- Unscheduled lessons expired after a period of 9 months from the date of purchase.
- Students are not allowed to use cellphone while doing a driving session.
- Students are 100% responsible to remember the day and time of any appointment after confirmation.
- To print your permit at our office it will be a $5 charge (if possible). Please bring your permit in hand.
- CAA vehicles may be equipped with Dashcam to protect your safety and our staff safety.
- Road test students must meet instructors directly at the designated testing location. Road test cancellations require at least a week notice to avoid paying the reservation fee, regardless of who scheduled the road test.
- CAA require students to complete at least one driving lesson to qualify for a road test sponsorship and must not be scheduled on the same day of your road test. Designed to evaluate your knowledge on time before the actual road exam.
- CAA is not responsible if you are late, unprepared, missing glasses or show up with any incorrect document for the road exam.
- Any refund you will be charged a $75 administration fee and no refund for completed services, no exceptions.................................
